DART Equipment Financing Facility - Nigeria

The DART Equipment Financing Facility uses Odyssey for application submissions and communications exclusively. Submissions outside of the platform will not be accepted. Please read the guide thoroughly for instructions on how to submit an application to the DART Equipment Financing Facility.

1. Review DART Equipment Financing Facility Information

Once you’ve completed your registration form here, your information will be reviewed. If approved, you will proceed with the pre-qualification stage of your application to the DART Equipment Financing Facility.

  • Select the Finance > Programs tab from the left navigation bar

  • Navigate to the respective application section (C&I, Minigrid, or SES/SSPU) from the Programs list

  • Review the application section homepage for information about the application and review process

2. Submit the Pre-Qualification Application

Applicants must submit an application for the Pre-Qualification stage of the DART Equipment Financing Facility.
  1. Select the Application tab
  2. Complete the DART Equipment Financing Facility Pre-Qualification application in the Form section
    1. Click the Save button periodically to ensure your work is not lost
    2. Required questions have red asterisks (*). You will not be able to submit your application until all required fields have been completed. Make sure your responses stay within the word limits or you will not be able to submit.
  3. Click Attachments at the top of the tab
  4. Upload your supporting documents
  5. Click Upload Files and select the files you would like to upload
  6. Select the destination for your files and add tags if you wish
  8. Submit your pre-qualification application
    1. You will not see the Submit button until you have completed all the required questions. Once submitted you may no longer make edits to your application.
  9. Check your Submission Status
    1. Navigate to the list in the Programs section; your submission status is listed in the Status column.
    2. If your application has been successfully submitted, the status will say "Submitted"
    3. If your application is successful, the status of the application will change from “Selected” in your Programs list.
    4. You will also receive an email notification of any changes to your application status. See a description of each status below:
      1. Submitted: Your Pre-Qualification application has been received.
      2. Incomplete: Your application is incomplete and requires additional information. Your application has been re-opened to allow editing. Once you add the required information, you can re-submit your application for review.
      3. Selected: Your application has been reviewed and accepted.
  10. You can also communicate with the Program Administrator via the Messages section. To do this Navigate to Finance > Programs > DART Equipment Financing Facility Nigeria (Minigrid, C&I, or SES/SSPU) - Pre-Qualification

3. Submit your Stage 1 Application

If your Pre-Qualification application is approved, you will be invited to participate in the DART Equipment Financing Facility Nigeria (Minigrid, C&I, or SES/SSPU) - Stage 1 Application Section in Odyssey.
  1. Navigate to the respective program in the Finance > Programs section
  2. Select the Application tab
  3. Complete the DART Equipment Financing Facility Pre-Qualification application in the Form section
    1. Click the Save button periodically to ensure your work is not lost
    2. Required questions have red asterisks (*). You will not be able to submit your application until all required fields have been completed. Make sure your responses stay within the word limits or you will not be able to submit.
  4. Click Attachments at the top of the tab
  5. Upload your supporting documents
  6. Click + New to upload files and select the files you would like to upload
  7. Select the destination for your files and add tags if you wish
  9. Submit your Stage 1 application
    1. You will not see the Submit button until you have completed all the required questions. Once submitted you may no longer make edits to your application.
  10. Check your Submission Status
    1. Navigate to the list in the Programs section; your submission status is listed in the Status column.

  11. You can also communicate with the Program Administrator via the Messages section. To do this Navigate to Finance > Programs > DART Equipment Financing Facility Nigeria (Minigrid, C&I, or SES/SSPU) - Stage 1.
NOTE: For minigrid projects, data modules completed and submitted to REA NEP financing facilities can be shared with the All On team. Please mark the checkbox included on the form to indicate that this information can be shared with All On. In the Stage 1 application, minigrid names must match the name exactly as it appears on existing projects in Odyssey.

4. Communicating with the All On team

  • Navigate to Messages from the top panel
  • All messages regarding applications and the DART Equipment Financing Facility should be sent via the Messages section in Odyssey. 
  • The All On team will receive an email notification as soon as you send a message to their team. You will also receive an email notification when All On sends a message to you in Odyssey.
