User-Guides Claim Submissions Emergency Incentive – CCS

The +Energia CCS program uses the Odyssey platform exclusively. Submissions outside of the platform will not be accepted. Please read the guide thoroughly for instructions on how to submit an application.

1. Review program information

If you have registered to participate in the program, you will be able to access the program information within Odyssey.
To see all program information:
  1. Select Finance > Programs
  2. Select Emergency Incentive – CCS from the Programs list

2. View program documents

  1. Click the Resources tab
  2. View and download the program documents
  3. Select the documents or folders you would like to download
  4. Click the Download button

3. Claim Submission Guides

The +ENERGIA Facility Results-Based Financing (RBF) grant program under the Funding Window General CCS operates exclusively through the Odyssey platform with eligible companies for claim submissions.

Create a claim

The +Energia Facility has introduced an additional incentive under the RBF CCS program, aimed to compensate companies that distribute products in flood-affected areas, Once you have been selected, you will upload claims in the Odyssey platform for the +Energia program administrators’ review and financial disbursement.

Which sales are eligible?

  1. Sales made from 12 March until 31 May 2026 are eligible.

To submit your claims:
  1. Select the Finance > Programs tab from the left navigation bar
  2. Navigate to Emergency Incentive – CCS from the programs list 
  3. Navigate to Claims
  4. In the Claims section, select Cookstoves to create a new claim
Note: Once a claim is submitted, no further updates or connection uploads will be allowed. Review carefully before submitting.


  • Complete the claim information

Click each field to fill out the required information

  1. Asset Name: Enter the name that your claim will be submitted with (E.g: April_Emergency Incentive–CCS)
  2. Notes: Not required, but you may enter claim information here
  3. Country: Select "Mozambique" from the dropdown menu
  4. State: Select the city of your headquarters or distribution center (this field is not essential but must be filled out to proceed). 
  5. Program: you must add the project to the corresponding program in the Programs field in order to submit your claims. You will not be able to complete your proposal if the project is not registered with the program.
  6. Save your claim 


  1. Populate connection details for each CCS customer

You will need to submit proof of customer connections for each solar home system installed in order to receive the grant disbursement.
  1. Download Connections Template
  2. Navigate to the Connections module of your claim
  3. Click Download Template to download the Excel template, fill out the required fields, and save your file.

Upload connections template

When you have completed your Excel template, follow the instructions below to import the connections into Odyssey
  1. Select the Import/Update Connections button.
  2. Upload the completed Excel template.
  3. Make any necessary edits directly in the software by clicking on a connection, or download the connections, make changes, and re-upload.
    1. Check the Submittable column to ensure that the required information has been provided and there are no duplicate connections:
    2. If the Submittable column says "Yes," you have provided the required information and can submit your connections.
    3. If the Submittable column is red and says "No," either data is missing or the connection has already been submitted.
       Filter by "No" to see which connections need additional information. Missing rows will be highlighted in pink.
Verify your Connections

To verify the connections in your claim:
  1. Navigate to the Connections section of the uploaded project
  2. Select the Verify button
  3. Select Verify All (Filtered) Connections to verify all connections
    Note: You can also verify individual connections by selecting the checkboxes next to the connections you would like to verify.
  4. View the verification status of each connection in the Verify column.
  5. Once you select 'Verify', the verification process will be Initiated and the status of each of them will be displayed. Review the meaning of each status below:
    1. Verification in progress: The request to verify the connection has been sent.
    2. Data out of date range: At least one document was found, but not within the date range of the rule.
    3. Didn’t meet requirements: At least one document was found in the date range, but it doesn’t meet the requirements.
    4. Error during verification: An unexpected error occurred.
    5. Verified: Verification was successful

Submit your Connections

Once you have completed your verification process follow the steps below to submit your connections to the Program Administrator.

  • Select the checkbox next to the Verify field to select all connections.
  • Select the Submit button
  • Choose Submit Selected Connections or Submit All (Filtered) Connections from the dropdown menu
  • Verify that all connections were submitted in the summary panel at the top of the page
    • Filter the Submission Status to "Not Submitted" to see connections that were not submitted
    • Verify that your connections are complete (see above) and resubmit

4. View your connections status

Once you have submitted connections, the Mais Energia/Bamboo administrators will review your connections and either mark the connections as Approved, Paid, or Rejected. You can view a summary of the status of all connections in the summary at the top of the Connections module and will be notified by email of any connection status updates.

5. Messaging program administrators

You can communicate with the Program administrators 

  • Navigate to the Messages module in your claim.
  • Write your message 
  • Click on Submit
