Submit your baseline customer roster

Applicants are required to provide data on their mini-grid customers in order to enable the Baseline Data Collection. Please follow the steps below to upload the necessary data. 

1. Download the baseline data collection template

  1. Select the Finance > Programs tab from the left navigation bar
  2. Navigate into the CEI Africa Outcomes-Based PUE Grant Facility  from the programs list
  3. Navigate to the Resources section
  4. ​Select and download the Baseline Survey _ Customer Roster Template file

2. Complete the template

  1. Complete the Excel template. Provide one completed template per mini-grid where you will be completing PUE distributions under the CEI Africa. 

3. Upload the template

  1. Select the Finance > Programs tab from the left navigation bar

  2. Navigate into the CEI Africa Outcomes-Based PUE Grant Facility  from the programs list

  3. Select the Application tab

  4. Go to the Basline Data Collection sub-tab

  5. Upload the completed baseline data collection template(s) in the the CEI Africa application in the Form section

  6. Submit your program application

    • Ensure all required fields are completed and all required completed templates have been uploaded

    • Click the Submit button
