1. Select the Application tab
   
2. Complete the UEF application in the Form section
   
1. Click the Save button periodically to ensure your work is not lost
   
2. Required questions have red asterisks (*). You will not be able to submit your application until all required fields have been completed. Make sure your responses stay within the word limits or you will not be able to submit.
   
3. Click Attachments at the top of the tab
   
4. Upload your supporting documents
   
1. Click + New and select the files you would like to upload
   
2. Select the destination for your files and add tags if you wish
   
3. Learn more about file management
   
5. Submit your program application
   
1. Ensure all required fields are completed and all required documents have been uploaded
   
2. Click the Submit button
   
1. You will not see the Submit button until you have completed all the required questions. Once submitted you may no longer make edits to your application.
   

1. Check your Submission Status
   

1. Navigate to the list in the Programs section; your submission status is listed in the Status column.
   
2. If your application has been successfully submitted, the status will say "Submitted"
   
3. If your application is successful, the status of the application will change from “In Review” to “Selected” in your Programs list.
   
4. You will also receive an email notification of any changes to your application status. See a description of each status below:
   

1. Submitted: Your Qualification application has been received.
   
2. In Review: Your application is being reviewed.
   
3. Incomplete: Your application is incomplete and requires additional information. Your application has been re-opened to allow editing. Once you add the required information, you can re-submit your application for review.
   
4. Selected: Your application has been reviewed and accepted. You may begin a Site-Specific Project Application for the program.
   

1. You can also communicate with the Program Administrator via the Messages section. To do this Navigate to Finance > Programs > UEF SOGREA > Messages.
