How do I log into Odyssey?

1. Navigate to Odyssey in Google Chrome

You can navigate to the Odyssey Login Portal to decide which portal of Odyssey you would like to login to. If you're participating in a program that is being hosted by Odyssey, choose your program. 

2. Reset your password if it is your first time logging in

If it is your first time logging in to Odyssey, you will have to retrieve a temporary password. If you have already created a permanent password for Odyssey, you can skip to step 4.

Select Forgot Password? to send a new password to your email. In the Forgot Password modal, enter your email address/Odyssey username. Odyssey uses your email address as your username. Your email address will be the email address you have received communications from Odyssey with or registered for a program with. Select Submit to send a temporary password to your email. After pressing Submit, check your email. Please wait a few minutes to allow your password to arrive in your email. 

Note: if you would like to access Odyssey in a language besides English, select Language to change Odyssey into French or Portuguese.

3. Retrieve your temporary password from your email

Navigate to your email and look for an email with the subject "Odyssey Password Reset". If you haven't received an email with a temporary password within 10 minutes, please check your Spam folder or verify that the email address you entered is your Odyssey username email address. 

Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password. Once this is done, you will be able to access your account.

4. Navigate to your desired Odyssey portal and enter your temporary password

Navigate back to Odyssey, you can use the Odyssey Login Portal link from the email for easy access to your desired Odyssey portal. Enter the newly-set password in the password field by pasting or manually entering the password. Once you have successfully entered the password, select Login to enter the Odyssey platform. If it is your first time logging in, you will automatically be asked to reset your password after logging in. 

Note: The password is case sensitive and cannot include any additional spaces or characters).
Tip: You can press the grey eye icon in the password box to see the password you've entered
