When creating a load profile from in the Load tab of a project, all loads are entered in as Customer Types. The load profile entered for each customer type is a representative or average load profile for all customers of that customer type.
For example, if you are creating a load profile for 40 small households, enter in 40 in to the "Number of Customers" field. For assistance creating a customer type, see:
Create a Customer Type.
Once the customer type is created, add your load items. These load items are for the
average customer in that customer type. So if each of the customers has 1 phone charger, enter in 1 phone charger under that customer type. The total phone chargers for all of the customers in that customer type will be 30. For assistance creating a load item, see:
Create a Load.
You can see the load for each customer in the customer type in "Avg Daily Load/Cust. (Wh)" and the total load for all of the customers in "Avg Daily Load/Type (Wh)". Note that the total load for all of the customers is the load for each customer multiplied by the number of customers.
