If you face any login issues when accesing the Analytics dashboard, please try the following options.
1. Clear cache and hard reload
To clear the cache and perform a hard reload for only the currently opened website's data, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts in most web browsers
- Windows and Linux
- Hold down the Ctrl key.
- Press the F5 key or the Ctrl key and the R key together.
- Mac
- Hold down the 'Shift' key and the 'Command' ⌘ key.
- Press the R key.

This keyboard shortcut performs a hard reload, which forces the browser to ignore the cached data and retrieve the latest version of the webpage from the server. Please note that this method will only clear the cache and hard reload the currently opened website's data. It won't affect other websites or the browser cache as a whole.
If this does not fix your issue, please try the following step:
This is done by opening the browser's developer tools.
After completing this step you can close the developer tools.
Google Chrome
1. Open Developer Tools:
- On Windows/Linux: Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I
- On macOS: Press Cmd + Option + I
2. With the Developer Tools open, right-click on the reload button next to the address bar and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
Firefox
1. Open Developer Tools:
- On Windows/Linux: Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I
- On macOS: Press Cmd + Option + I
2. Go to Network tab and check the box Disable cache.
3. Refresh the page
Safari
Enable the developer menu:
1. Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced and check Show Develop menu in menu bar
2. Then you can either:
- Hold down the Option key and select Develop > Empty Caches
- Or use the keyboard shortcut Option + Command + E to empty the cache
- For a hard reload, you can hold down the Option key and click the reload button next to the address bar.
Microsoft Edge
1. Open Developer Tools:
- Press F12 or Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + I
2. With the Developer Tools open, right-click on the reload button next to the address bar and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
If this does not fix your issue, please try the following step:
3. Clear browser cache for all sites
(Note that this will remove all your saved browser data across all websites)

Google Chrome
Open Google chrome and click on the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner.
- Hover over More tools and then click on Clear browsing data.
- In the Clear browsing data window, select the time range for which you want to clear the cache (e.g., "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "All time").
- Ensure that the Cached images and files option is checked.
- You can choose to select other items to clear as well, such as browsing history or cookies.
- Click on the Clear data button.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Mozilla and click on the three-line menu icon in the top right corner.
- Select Options.
- In the left sidebar, click on Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click on the Clear Data button.
- Ensure that the Cached Web Content option is checked.
- You can choose to select other items to clear, such as cookies or browsing history.
- Click on the Clear button.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down and click on Settings
- Under "Clear browsing data," click on Choose what to clear
- Ensure that the Cached data and files option is checked
- You can choose to select other items to clear, such as browsing history or cookies.
- Click on the Clear button.
Mac
Google Chrome

Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner.
- Hover over More tools and then click on Clear browsing data.
- In the "Clear browsing data" window, select the time range for which you want to clear the cache (e.g., "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "All time").
- Ensure that the Cached images and files option is checked.
- You can choose to select other items to clear as well, such as browsing history or cookies.
- Click on the Clear data button.
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click on the three-line menu icon in the top right corner.
- Select Preferences.
- In the left sidebar, click on Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click on the Clear Data button.
- Ensure that the Cached Web Content option is checked.
- You can choose to select other items to clear, such as cookies or browsing history.
- Click on the Clear button.
Safari
- Open Safari
- In the top menu, click on "Safari" and select "Preferences."
- In the Preferences window, go to the "Advanced" tab.
- Enable the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" option.
- Close the Preferences window.
- In the top menu, click on "Develop" and select "Empty Caches."
