Please consult the Odyssey Platform Help Guides as well as the FAQs to troubleshoot any issues, or reach out to the Odyssey support team via the support chat box in the bottom right corner of the application.
1. Report project milestones
You are to complete milestone updates for each of the projects in the lots you have been selected for. Updating the milestones allows program administrators to see the latest status on your development progress towards mini-grid commissioning.
To update your milestones;
- Navigate to the Home section.
- Click on Plan > My Projects
- Locate and select the desired project from the list.
- Select the Milestones tab from the top navigation bar
- Double-click on the status column to choose your current stage from the drop-down list - You can select whether the milestone is currently in progress or if it has been completed
- Select the Start and End date when done with that milestone
- Upload the required documents for each milestone by clicking the green + icon. These will be automatically saved in the Project Files section
2. Messaging with program administrators
To communicate with the Program administrators;
- Navigate to the Messages module in your project.
- Write your message
- Click on Submit to send it.
